📋 Terms of Service – VELSIM

Effective date: August 23, 2026

By purchasing and using a VELSIM eSIM, you agree to the following terms:

1. Service Description

VELSIM provides digital eSIM data plans for international travelers. Plans are delivered electronically via QR code to the email address provided at checkout.

2. Activation

Your eSIM plan activates upon first connection to a local network at your destination. It is your responsibility to ensure your device is eSIM-compatible before purchase.

3. No Physical Delivery

All products are digital. No physical SIM card will be shipped.

4. Data Usage

Data plans are valid for the duration and region specified on the product page. Unused data does not roll over.

5. Refunds

Please refer to our Refund Policy. No refunds are issued for activated eSIMs.

6. Limitation of Liability

VELSIM is not responsible for network outages, device incompatibility, or coverage gaps caused by local carriers.
