Digital Delivery Only — VELSIM sells digital eSIM products exclusively. No physical SIM card or package will be shipped to your address.

How you receive your eSIM: After completing your purchase, you will receive an email containing your eSIM QR code within a few minutes. Please check your spam folder if you don't see it.

Delivery time: Instant to 15 minutes after payment confirmation.

No shipping fees: Since all products are digital, there are no shipping costs.

Issues with delivery? If you haven't received your eSIM within 30 minutes of purchase, please contact us at support@velsim.com with your order number.
